Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which DBC ERP Panel accepts cancellations and issues refunds for digital business card services.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before activation or setup.
Once a service is activated or credentials are shared, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel, contact us at support@dbc.erppanel.com with your order details.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

Duplicate payments caused by technical errors.
Service not delivered as promised due to our fault.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect details provided by the customer.
Issues arising from third-party integrations not managed by us.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
