This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which DBC ERP Panel accepts cancellations and issues refunds for digital business card services.



Cancellations


  • Orders can only be cancelled before activation or setup.
  • Once a service is activated or credentials are shared, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel, contact us at support@dbc.erppanel.com with your order details.



Refunds


Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical errors.
  • Service not delivered as promised due to our fault.


Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer.
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations not managed by us.


Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
